Matrix Credit is a wholly owned subsidiary of Jigsaw Finance Ltd (www.jigsawfinance.com). Our aim is to provide a slick service to both motor dealers and consumers. We typically generate a large amount of our business through our parent company Jigsaw Finance who operate in the prime arena. Where Jigsaw Finance cannot assist then our industry leading management systems, automatically assign the deal to Matrix Credit.
In some cases, dealers will deal directly with Matrix Credit. In so doing they can either fax us or utilise Elements our highly acclaimed point of sale finance system. Through Elements your proposals will be given priority as they are automatically placed in the underwriting queue. This is ideal when you want the quickest turnaround times in the non prime market place. As a Group we have developed our systems so that they are integrated into the leading motor finance companies. In so doing we can get decisions in a matter of minutes and not hours.
Where customers come to us directly, then on approval we will look to place them back to you to supply the vehicle. In effect the more support we get from you the more we can give back. If the customer has already identified you as the dealer then we will inform you of their credit application and you will then see the proposal on your elements systems.
We have developed a range of services to meet the needs of the modern day dealer. Our sister company Codeweavers (www.codeweavers.net) have developed a range of online services which include calculators and proposal forms. The latter collate sufficient information for us to make an informed decision for finance. These forms integrate into PMS (Proposal Management System) which means that your customers can obtain quick turnaround times. As soon a proposal comes to us you can view it on Elements. All we ask is that if we approve the deal you place it with us. If we don’t then feel free to do what you want.
